Creating Possibilities, Creating Legacies

The vision for Created By Thalia began over twelve years ago on a small island called Barbados. The vision became a reality when we began producing custom still life acrylic paintings on canvas on the living room floor of our house. Since the initial step, the vision constantly evolved, with our artistic approach switching to custom shirts to nail designs.

Educational and career pursuits led to wider pastures but the vision never dwindled. The possibilities were vast and the desire to create grew deeper. It grew beyond the tangible desire to make things with my hands, it developed into intangible desires. The desire to be free, the desire to be independent, the desire to create a legacy.

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. - Jeremiah 29:11

The beginning of my career held promise, yet the urge to do more was great. Life threw its fair set of trials and tribulations, but what was meant to break me only made me stronger. Eventually the opportunity would present itself to inspire.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God - Philippians 4:6

God instills vision and passion into every one of us. We are fearfully and wonderfully made to fill a purpose, to make a difference, to inspire change. This brand is focused on that possibility. An avenue where financial freedom is attained, a means of creating a family legacy for generations to come, a channel to bring joy to others through love, art and design.
