Creating Bonds, Building Relationships

When I first began the pursuit of a career, we were always encouraged to attend networking events and to strive to build meaningful relationships in our  industry. Our professors constantly preached that these relationships would be essential  to ensure that one day, we would be equipped with the foundation we needed to work in the field.

As I've pursued my career path and gone on to become an entrepreneur, this 'theory' remains the same, and has become even more evident. From understanding the basic steps of business registration, taxation, website development, procurement of materials and equipment; every aspect requires a strong network, key relationships, meaningful partnerships.

Therefore, encourage one another and build up one another, just as you also are doing. - 1 Thessalonians 5:11 NIV

We are one body in Christ. Even for those not in Christ, we are still one people. Too often we let the anxiety that our brothers and sisters would thrive even more than we would, hinder our approach to one another. We become guarded and private, when the scriptures hold promise of the rewards that come from our sacrifice. As with everything, exercise wisdom, but you never know who God has predestined to help you fulfill your own destiny.

Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. - Luke 6:38

Being your brother's keeper is not a limitation. It opens you to even more blessings from on high as God smiles upon for showcasing the fruits of the spirits. As we seek His Kingdom, and adhere to His commandments, He will add so much more onto us. He will cause us to flourish and to soar. As we are righteousness, He will expand our horizons and our reach.

I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. - Psalm 37:25 KJV

I want to encourage us to be more open to helping one another; to love as Christ loves us.  There are many commandments but the greatest one of all, is to love each other. The extension of love opens us to be selfless, to be gracious, to be kind. Having the network of Christ as a foundation, opens us to unlimited opportunities as Jesus is first and foremost, the ultimate giver. He gave His life for us on Calvary, so we could have life, and have it more abundantly. If we love as Christ loves us and his church, we would be more open to building each other up.

A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. - John 13:34

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has assisted with the development of Created By Thalia. From prayers, to advice, to sponsorship, to support as one of our valuable clients - each and every one of you means so much to this company.

So then we pursue the things which make for peace and the building up of one another - Romans 14:19
